Pen and Ink Drawings - the Process

In the following example, Dale was asked to create a Pen & Ink
with color by the architect who would present the finished
product to the City Planning Commission for approval of a second
floor addition to a Ranch Style home. Here is a photograph of
the home before the pen & ink was completed:



From this photo, Dale added the second floor addition and the pen
& ink was then taken to the planning commission for final approval
(see below):
